Sauvignon Blanc Silver

This oxidative style of wine has been made considering the traditional practices of wine making and is a clear reflection of old world style. Straw in color, the wine is clear with a lush green tinge. Exotic tropical and marginally herbaceous with distinct flavors, offers excellent lingering finish with languid ripples of pineapple, peach, melons and lots more. Chenin Blanc Silver

This medium-sweet wine, warm yellow in color has been crafted with the grapes grown at our estate vineyards in Nasik valley. With Ripe tropical fruits on the nose, it offers luscious flavors of citrus, peach and melon. The wine shows up a great balance between the acid structure and the residual sugar making it smooth and creamy on the palate. Sauvignon Blanc Gold

Crafted from our estate’s single vineyards in Nasik valley, this dry wine with medium body reflects a bright golden color with a green tint. Made in a reductive Style, tropical fruity flavors harmonizes very well with earthy, flinty and lengthy kiwi fruits, finishes with green herbs. Food pairing tip: Compliments well with sea food, salads and Gujarati cuisine.

Chenin Blanc Gold

This off-dry wine has been made using handpicked grapes from our single estate
vineyards. Light yellow-golden in color, the wine offers subtle notes of pineapple, guava, passion fruit and coconut on the nose with smooth texture and crisp acidity.

Shiraz Cabernet

This lively dark red, fruit driven blend crafted from the individually handpicked grapes of our own estate vineyards, offers subtle flavours of black pepper and spices, complimented by juicy ripe plums, black berries, followed by gentle lingering oakiness. This soft, smooth and well-structured wine is well balanced between the acid and ripe, integrated tannins. Compliments most barbeque dishes and north Indian foods.

Rose gold

Soma Rose sparkling is a wine of distinction, made in the traditional method to achieve elegance and finesse. Bottle aged for 1-2 years on lees, comes with very fine bubbles. Sec Taie

This Taie sparkling wine is made from handpicked grapes of Chenin Blanc and local varietals of our own estate vineyards by using method Champenoise. Bottle aged for 1-2 years on lees, yellow-golden in color, there is a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity and velvety crisp fine bubbles. The palate carries through with a creamy sensation and vivid flavor of ripe pear and pineapple.

Brut Cuvee

Soma Brut Cuvée is made from 100% Chenin cuvee, using the authentic traditional method. It has a beautiful aromatic complexity, ripe fruit and spicy aromas, with hints of roasted apples, on the nose. Bottle aged for 1-2 years on lees, golden in color with a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity and velvety crisp very fine bubbles. With Flavors of pear, apricot and complex yeasty aromas, it leaves you with notes of fresh walnut.

Rose

Glistening ruby pink in color this rose is an outcome of Shiraz harvested from our single
estate vineyard that makes you stare at your glass in ‘awe’. Offers lusty notes of
pomegranate, cherry, strawberry characters, it is simultaneously curvy and kicks in with a
vein of spice and cherries with a long lasting finish.
Serving temperature: 10 to 14 degree centigrade
Food Pairing: Perfect on its own, it also compliments Indian spicy curries and tandoori
preparations.

Sauvignon Blanc Dessert

Unique in its style a treat to the dessert wine lovers, a still sea of light gold with sticky viscosity. Perfumed pineapple and ripe peaches take up the nose fruit on the palette is sticky sweet but still balanced with a light structure and a lingering finish, with pineapple, peaches and a tiny note of honey dew.
